MY COACHING sits between the models of coaching and mentoring, designed for those who are navigating challenging circumstances, rebuilding a future, or wanting to feel that energy and spark they once had. I am an experienced Emotional Wellbeing Coach. Understanding your triggers, those negative thoughts, and what you are feeling are the first steps to managing your complete wellbeing - emotional, mental and physical. Through coaching you'll feel more in control, feel more resilient and motivated to move forward one step at a time. And you'll be more able to do the great things you want to do. No more rumination, procrastination or distraction. It's time for action!

ADHD COACHING: My ADHD programme is specifically tailored for individuals living with the challenges of adult ADHD. My sessions aim to enhance executive functioning skills, including time management, organisation, planning, task initiation, goal setting, and emotional management. The framework is adapted to the individual's needs and usually runs for 12 sessions.
Whilst I'm not an expert in medication and everyone is different, I do have tips and strategies for living with ADHD without medication.

In 2016, I embarked on a transformative journey with The Coaching Academy (London) while serving as an Emotional Wellbeing Coach for CancerSupportUK. Having successfully completed my Diploma and achieved certification as a Personal Performance Coach, I established my professional practice, Debbie Mayhew Coaching. My mission is to provide guidance to individuals in pursuit of personal growth and self-discovery.
My professional background includes a fulfilling career as an English teacher, which took me from the vibrant streets of Hong Kong to the serene shores of Normandy, France. In 2015, life took a profound turn when my husband and I decided to part ways after sharing 31 years of marriage. This marked the beginning of a deeply introspective voyage as I relocated to London.
During this period of reflection and healing, I delved into the realm of holistic well-being, attending retreats and workshops that ultimately led me to the life-altering discipline of Life Coaching. This newfound passion not only transformed my own life but also ignited a new career path as a certified Personal Performance Coach.
My commitment to growth didn't end there. I continued my education, delving into the fields of Emotional Health, Positive Psychology, and Human Potential, allowing me to craft bespoke coaching programmes for those seeking to reshape their perspectives on life and explore their inner worlds.
Today, I live on the West Sussex coast which offers a great opportunity to relax and become mindful.
