About me
I coach women who want to move from a place of overwhelm and stuckness to one of empowerment, balance, and fulfilment.
I am a dual qualified therapeutic counsellor and transformational life coach. This means I can offer the emotional support of therapy combined with the foreward focussed, action orientated approach of coaching.
I work with all neurotypes and specialise in working with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia), eating disorders and disordered eating.
I have both professional and personal experience of all my areas of specialism.

- BA (Hons) Integrative-Relational Counselling
- Senior Practitioner in Coaching (EIA)
- ADHD Coaching Diploma
- Extensive training and experience in working with Eating Disorders/disordered eating
- Extensive training and experience in working with Neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia)
- Extensive training and experience in working with Anxiety
