Coaching for executives, business owners and senior managers who want to gain fulfilment in their personal and professional lives. I offer you Time to Think - a thought provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your potential and achieve your goals.

All my work is underpinned by the Thinking Environment, which believes that the quality of everything that people do depends on the thinking they do first, so I create conditions in which all clients are enabled to think brilliantly for themselves.

I have 20 years' experience in corporate consultancy and coaching, with over 6,500 hours of 1:1 coaching (and 4,500 of counselling / psychotherapy) with clients across most sectors.

I see private clients in Aylesbury and organisational clients in London, either at their place of work or in my offices in Covent Garden.

APECS Accredited Executive Coach (Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision)
AC Accredited Coach(Association for Coaching)
BACP Accredited Psychotherapist (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy)
Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling
MA in Strategic Human Resource Management.
Fellow of BACP and Chair of BACP Coaching, our Coaching Division.

I can use various assessments and tools to help my clients to deepen their insight when they wish. These include MBTI ( Myers Briggs Type Inventory), SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) and a range of Psychometric assessment tools (I'm BPS Level A & B qualified).

I'm also very experienced in gathering 360 feedback for my clients (ie feedback from their colleagues - sounds daunting but it's very worthwhile!) and have a range of tools I can use here.

With a background and training in counselling/psychotherapy I have worked with people and organisational development for over 20 years. I bring this experience to help individuals and groups to develop a better level of insight and understanding into how they can develop their own resources and be much more satisfied and productive in their work and their lives.

I no longer offer counselling or psychotherapy although I bring my understanding of this to coaching and am qualified to advise whether coaching or therapy would be best for you, and will willingly help you to find a therapist.
