Hi, I'm Helen. I'm a coach for Founders, Freelancers & Rebels, this is also the name of my published book. I'm here to support creative individuals and teams with powerful life and business coaching.
I have extensive experience in PR and communications, which means I'm an excellent choice for teams and individuals who work in media and creative roles.
Authenticity is super important to me. We won't 'fake it to make it' in my sessions, we'll be genuine, find clarity and make progress together.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have an ILM coaching diploma, a PR diploma (CIPR) and a degree in Media Production. I'm a coach for creative people, working 1-2-1 and also with groups and teams. I have a membership programme called Write The Book, which is a year-long coaching and mentoring cohort for authors-to-be. It's a lot of fun and we have expert guests, such as authors and agents, come in an speak to us on zoom each month. I also run writing retreats in Hay Castle, Hay-on-Wye, Wales.
I'm a member of Proud Wellness and accredited by the EMCC.
I co-founded and co-ran the first ever Hay Pride in Hay-on-Wye.
