I have been undertaking supervision for over 35 years in a range of professions at all levels. I offer one to one support for those looking for continuing development, accountability and exploration of complexities that impact on our practice. We follow a structured process that can guide you to unpacking key issues and talk through these to give a clear outcome. More often than not, you already have the resources in you to get to your destination.... its just a matter of specifying this. i offer "check ins", in between sessions for ongoing issues, and structured feedback.
