Supervision details

I am passionate about supervision ! As well as being a coaching supervisor, I am a coaching supervisee as I receive my own coaching supervision each month. It has been a source of inspiration, challenge and learning for me as a coach.  As a supervisor I have a very pragmatic approach, providing a safe space either by telephone or zoom where you can bring your concerns, issues with clients as well as celebrating your successes. I have been involved in supervision for the past 30 years. I have facilitated supervision with nurses in my first career as a nurse and since working as a coach for the past 18 years as a coaching supervisor. I have facilitated workshops about supervision for coaches and introduced supervision into several organisations. When I was working for Marie Curie Cancer Care I wrote a book chapter for a Palliative care text book   “ Looking after yourself” focusing on the importance of  supervision in developing and maintaining staff resilience. If you would like to explore supervision further, get in touch so we can arrange a virtual coffee and have a chat about your coaching supervision.
