Mental Health Awareness week 2018 focuses primarily on the issues around stress. We all deal with stress at some point, particularly at our place of work, but if left unchecked and if we fail to find a way to relieve it, there can be serious mental health repercussions. Knowing that you’re stressed is one thing but knowing how to deal with the issue is another matter entirely.
