It’s all happening inside of you...
What do you really know about what reality is? Are you sure that you are awake?
How do you know? How can you be so sure?
What would it change for you if you were to realise that your life is a reflection of what is happening inside of you, that your relationships are a mirror, a manifestation of what is happening to you emotionally instead of the opposite?
What if the solution to all problems was inside rather than outside? Is the world around us responding to our thoughts and our emotions?
Last Summer I was in a very tricky situation financially. I was turning like a dervish trying to find solutions. I was extremely stressed and I was doing as much as I could to find solutions, I was spending very little time with myself, reflecting and meditating.
I was turning in circles and nothing was happening. After weeks of this, I started slowing down and reflecting on what was happening. After a while, I started meditating again and spending as much time as possible in the moment, enjoying life and being alive.
Very quickly some changes started to occur, I noticed a new peace coming up from deep inside and I started having real ideas. What I mean here is ideas generated by positive thinking and not by fear. It makes all the difference. Ideas were coming to my mind when I was calm and in touch with hope.
It is when you fix or change something in you that suddenly the world around reacts and adjusts to you.
I believe that we are manifesting in our inner world around us.
What would it change to know that we are in fact in a virtual reality, that what we see, hear, smell and feel is in fact only a translation of our senses and that we are not really living it?
What do you think? If in fact our time asleep would be the only time we are in touch with a more real reality?
Your brain never sees light for example. Light is an electric impulse which is transformed into images in your brain. All senses work this way. The only difference is for your feelings which are coming from inside. Your reaction toward what is happening out there is your responsibility. A situation is not good or bad but it is what you make of it, what you feel about it. A same situation can be perceived as bad by one person and good by somebody else. You can change your feeling about anything. NLP for a long time now has been doing just this.
Running everywhere every day, from home to work, to do what you are paid to do to have the right to live in this society and then from your work to your home to rest in order to do it again the day after and the day after.
I always say that if you slow down enough, you will discover an entire new world in between seconds.
Every time we are in our thoughts, running in our lives, we are not reaching the real world.
It is accessible if we can slow down.
