How to handle rejection

Understandably, most people don’t like rejection. However, for some people rejection is so painful that they build up a huge fear of rejection which keeps them stuck, stops them from taking action and putting themselves out there, be it business, personal or romantic life.

If we want to live our life to the fullest, manifest our desires and be successful, we need come to terms with rejection.

Since this does affect so many people, I am going to share with you four simple steps that you can use to handle rejection and actually work with it, instead of against it.

1. Reframe rejection

We all vibrate at different frequencies, some at a lower and some at a higher frequency. Often, they clash and that’s all rejection is. Rejection is nothing personal, it simply is a mismatch of vibration and we simply cannot match with everyone.

2. It’s a numbers game

At all the business and sales training I’ve attended, I was taught that sales is a numbers game. You can really transfer this to all areas of life where you come into contact with people and where there is a chance of being "rejected".

3. The Universe is abundant

When something does not work out, let it go and make room for something new. When you hang on to it you are blocking yourself from a new opportunity to come in. Just accept it and let it pass through.

4. Remember, you don’t say yes to everybody and everything either

This one speaks for itself. We simply cannot say yes all the time and that is all.

I want to encourage you to let go of your worries and what others think of you, put yourself out there, keep going, take action and be open. You deserve to have all that you desire.

I hope this article serves you and if you like it, please make sure to share the message with those around you, who might benefit from it.
