A lot of people who come to see me have nothing wrong with them except for their thoughts.

The words we speak to ourselves in the privacy of our own minds have a direct effect on our lives. The words we use, help to condition and create our attitudes. Since the subconscious mind is a very programmable part of the mind, it takes the things we say to ourselves literally... what you put in on a regular basis comes back out in your behaviours.

Be kinder to yourself and start using words that will stimulate the feelings of confidence, happiness, joy... when was the last time you complimented yourself and gave yourself an emotional hug by telling yourself how great you are... The words we use determines how we think: How we think determines how we feel: How we feel determines our attitudes: Our attitudes determine what actions we will take in life: And the actions we take ultimately take us in a specific direction each and every day...

If you end up depressed, fearful, anxious, stressed each day, it's not an accident... it's a result of what you have been programming into your mind over a period of time. Start over.

Start by changing what you are saying to yourself each day... give yourself a big hug by reminding yourself of all the good qualities that are within you. Have an amazing life, you know you deserve it.
