Easter and spring - what's your new beginning?

When we think of new beginnings we tend to think of the New Year and wheel out all those resolutions which so very often lose momentum - the wheels fall off the wagon, metaphorically speaking!

So here's your opportunity to use this time to refresh or start afresh. Whether you're religious or not this is a time of new beginnings. The egg is not just about eating yummy chocolate (and we will be testing some in the interest of research) it symbolises new life. Spring is upon us with its new growth, the days are getting longer and nature is starting to blossom.

So here's your opportunity to use this time to refresh or start afresh. Whether you're religious or not this is a time of new beginnings. This Easter on Saturday 4th April we are also experiencing total lunar eclipse which is a full moon and all about balance. Work-life balance, and especially balance in relationships. Is it equal? Emotional power struggles – it is time to release everything that no longer serves you and that means relationships too. It is a big energy shift this weekend so take care of yourself and be kind and gentle with yourself.

Top tips:

We all have the inner snooze button. The fact is if you want to change an area of your life you're never going to feel like it - scientists call it activation energy.

So tomorrow set your alarm for half an hour earlier and get straight up, no delays, no snooze button and you will come face to face with the physical force that is required to change your behaviour.
If you're feeling stuck or dissatisfied in life it's a message for you that your needs are not being met and it's time to explore - this will take you to get outside of your comfort zone.

It's your job as an adult to parent yourself so you can be everything you want to be. So go on wake up and don't waste this opportunity - what will you choose?
