Credit Crunch Christmas
22nd October, 20100 Comments
So the cuts have come and we are all feeling a bit upset and worried about the future, but just remember as long as you have a roof over your head, health and people that love you then that is pretty much all you need to get by.
Consumers are constantly faced with the pressures of offers of credit especially around this time of year, more often than not we hear madam sir would you like a credit card or a loan this year. Buy now pay later how tempting is that i hear you say.
I am sorry but its not tempting at all wouldnt it be better to budget a little bit each week or month out of your hard earned cash and buy what you can afford instead of the the latest toy or gadget why not try the old fashioned way and buy meaningful presents or better still join a group that does craft or jewellery making and make your own presents. Imagine the happy faces on christmas day and all you will have to talk about your new found hobby...
Invest in a cupcake maker and make some lovely christmas cakes, even the diabetic in the family can enjoy them too or if a person is following a gluten wheat free diet they can still enjoy specially made cupcakes. Personalise them with initials on them you can even give them as presents.
I hope my ideas have been a help I shall have more soon
