About me

• Do you want to step up to the next level at work or in your own business?
• Do you wish you could achieve a better work-life balance?
• Are there some areas in which you’d like more confidence?

I work with business owners, executives and employees who want to work smarter and play bigger. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore issues that often can't be aired elsewhere.

Please contact me so we can arrange a 'no obligation', free 'getting acquainted session to establish if coaching is the right thing for you (and I'm the right coach).

What’s wrong with me?
Nothing. Sportspeople hire a coach when they want to make improvements, so anyone who hires themselves a coach very much has something right with them: a willingness to push beyond their comfort zone.

Why do I need a coach?
Whether you want to go for a promotion, start your own business, or bring your life and work into balance, it can be hard to get started… and even harder to stay on track.

Why is it difficult?
Because humans are hard-wired to maintain the status quo. As long as your life isn’t in imminent danger, your subconscious would prefer to keep things as they are.

What does it involve?
I have tools and techniques to help you manage your inner gremlins, get out of your own way and start making progress to achieve what you want. Coaching can be a fast track way to becoming the best version of you.

How can you help?
Using a unique process, I help you get clear on what you want—and then gently help you take a ‘no-excuses’ approach to getting it.

What results can I expect?
What you get from coaching depends on what you put in, but typically people report that they have more clarity, confidence, resilience, self-awareness and success.

If you want more confidence, better career progression, an improved work-life balance, or simply to be the best version of you, contact me so we can arrange a 'no obligation', free 'getting acquainted session.

My fees start from £90/hour. Signing up to a package is more cost-effective.

Since I started coaching in 2008 I've racked up hundreds of hours of experience, so I'm not the cheapest coach. I believe if you're willing to invest in yourself and the change you want to affect, you'll get good results. Do visit my website for testimonials from people who've been delighted with their return on investment.

Before you invest anything we go through an evaluation process that helps us both understand whether coaching with me is the right way forward. Sometimes I turn people away at this point — I'm very selective with who I work with, so there has to be a rapport (I can refer you to someone else) and there has to be a true fit with coaching (sometimes training / mentoring / counselling are more appropriate).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I am very flexible regarding when I coach. I can offer early morning appointments as well as during the day, both in-person and virtually (via zoom / Skype).
