How can coaching with you help?
Working with me gives you the support to make significant changes that can have a huge, positive impact on your personal and professional life.  My coaching is supportive, impartial and gives you an independent sounding-board so you can make better decisions and take positive action to achieve a better and more fulfilling life.

  • Do you need to make some important changes and want support to make them happen?

What and who do you coach?
I coach busy parents who've lost themselves in the task of bringing up children, high-powered executives who realise their life balance is out of kilter, university, legal and medical staff who want to deal with their stress and build their confidence, and individuals facing a crossroads or major milestones who need to make changes before it's too late.

Fees vary depending on the type of coaching you require - phone/Skype or face to face - and how many sessions you book.

As a guide, a 3-month programme of coaching costs less than an average cost of a holiday, yet, unlike the holiday, the impact can last a lifetime.  A short-term investment for long-term benefit.
