Training, qualifications & experience

I am a well-established, extensively experienced and accredited Life, Business and Career coach. Along with private practice, I am a corporate consultant and regular media contributor.

I absolutely love coaching and my passion is supporting you to work towards your goals and to get to where you want to be.

My business coaching also includes a range of effective and engaging group workshops.


In view of the C19 pandemic, my coaching is moving to telephone, email or video link for the moment.

I offer an initial one hour, no obligation consultation by telephone or video link at a fee of £45. I am frequently told that clients have found this first interaction hugely informative and as valuable as a regular session.

My private consulting hours are:
Monday 1pm to 6pm
Tuesday 8.30am to 6pm
Wednesday 8.30am to 6pm
Friday 1pm to 4pm

A single 60-75 minute tailored coaching session is £85

I also offer excellent value packages that are long-standing favourites with clients and via telephone or email under current circumstances.

This comprises four individual coaching sessions

Gold           £480
Six coaching sessions together with unlimited email support should you wish to contact me between appointments to keep on track.

Platinum    £570
Six coaching sessions including a tailored iMA personalty consultation together with unlimited email support between sessions. In addition, you will receive weekly updates to your inbox comprising coaching tools, worksheets, information and interactive tasks

Bespoke Interview/Career Coaching     £285
Three tailored sessions working together to identify your career goals and develop the skills to help you achieve them, whether in relation to a specific post or simply identifying a new direction. I will help you explore what can bring fulfilment back into your working life.

Interview coaching will cover:
