About me

Do you have the feeling that there must be more for you in life and work but you're just not yet getting what you really want? Is your work life balance important to you? I offer transformational coaching to professionals who want to be at their best and achieve more from life and work; get outstanding results in their chosen field and realise their full potential. People describe my coaching as warm, trustworthy, confidence building, insightful, challenging and fun. My passion for coaching started with sport and developed to executive and life coaching. I'm a family man with a love of the outdoors, a sense of adventure and broad business experience.

Training, qualifications & experience

Over 19 years experience in both executive and life coaching with a proven track record and extensive client list. Specific coach training with an I.C.F. Accredited Training Provider. Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and ICF member since 2004.

Post Graduate Certifcate in Team Coaching. U.W.E.

Co-author of 'Your PhD Coach' published by Open University Press and 'Get Sorted' How to make the most of your university experience. Published by Palgrave Macmillan.

UK International Coach Federation

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.

Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Coaching can be tailored to suit from one off sessions to ongoing monthly arrangements. These can be in person, Skype or phone. Fees by arrangement.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
