There are times in our lives when we go through turbulent times, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, fearful and unsure as to how to break free from these emotional restraints that are holding us back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. Circumstances of course shape our reality but often it is us, the way we think and feel about ourselves and our circumstances that stand in the way of creating a better life . As an Emotional Wellbeing Coach I can help you to identify the thoughts and emotions that make you feel stuck and unhappy and to replace them with more empowering thoughts and positive feelings. I often find that once one’s self-confidence and self-esteem is rebuilt, it is easier to find a path toward a happier life.
I also support those who experienced some kind of loss, being loss of a relationship, loss of a job or career path, loss of a sibling or loss of direction in life.
I have over 10 years experience as a Life Coach and many years experience working in the health and wellbeing filed, supporting people with physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

During this session we will discuss the reasons for seeking coaching at this stage of your life and you will experience what it feels like to be coached. We will also talk about how we can work together and what the next step is going to be.
My clients often report a shift in perception or being more motivated and starting to make changes after our Discovery session. This session is designed to help you have clarity about what you wish achieve and how I can support you on this journey.
It is 45-60 minutes long and it takes place via Phone, Skype or Face to face if geographically possible.

+ after each session you will receive an e-mail from me summarizing our session and detailing the weekly reflections / action steps you decided on.
I find that the 6 session spread through 2 months format works best for most of my clients and they start to make significant changes in their lives.
