Deciding to make changes to  your life can be daunting. It takes courage to seek support and the very fact that you are reading this right now tells me that you have the courage to move on and to start realising some of your dreams.

Empowerment Coaching lies at the very heart of my  coaching and though you may want to focus on the specific areas of Self-belief, Stress Management or Finding your path, you will be amazed how many things will fall in to place when you have some control back in your life.

I have over 12 years of  Life Coaching experience behind me and I have helped many people to find or re-build their confidence and to create a better life for themselves.

All my coaching is tailor made to individual needs and requirements as I believe that each and every one of us and our circumstances are unique.

I am currently offering coaching via Skype, Zoom or Phone. (Due to Covid-19, I am not able to offer face to face coaching at this time.)

Association for Coaching

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

+ after each session you will receive an e-mail from me summarizing our session and detailing the weekly reflections / action steps you decided on.

I find that the 6 session spread through 2 months format works best for most of my clients and they start to make significant changes in their lives.
