About me
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed, are struggling with leadership, confidence or resilience issues, perhaps making little progress with a project or plan, having doubts about your next steps, or experiencing issues with colleagues, friends or family - I can help.
As an experienced coach, I have the knowledge, theory and practical skills to work flexibly at a deep level to create lasting change.
I can offer new perspectives and help identify new choices. I may challenge long-held beliefs and assumptions, and work with self-esteem issues or explore blind spots. All working towards building confidence, uncovering hidden potential and developing a stronger sense of purpose.
I believe that people have all the resources they need, however, they often become disconnected from them. My job as a coach is to help clients reconnect to what is important for them to live a more fulfilled life.
I am a committed life-long learner and attend training every year to develop my own skills.
I am also a Coach Supervisor working with coaches to help maintain high professional standards in coaching.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
