I specialise in working with women who love running their established business but struggle to find balance in their life, so are burning out.
They’re overwhelmed and losing sleep over having too much to do with never a moment to themselves, and yet feel guilty for not being there enough for their family and friends.
I help them structure their lives to create the freedom they crave, have time and energy for themselves, their hobbies, and the people they care about while having a successful business.
Who I Work With
Female entrepreneurs who enjoy the core of the work they do and find it fulfilling. They wear many hats in their business and feel frustrated no matter how much they're working through to-do lists. They feel that the lists never seem to end and that some just keep getting longer. It feels like work is taking over their life especially because they work from home, work is always just there!
They’re also trying their best to be a domestic goddess and to be there for their loved ones but there is just not enough of them to go around. They're exhausted from spinning so many plates all day long and home life is stressing them out, so sometimes they find themselves snapping at their loved ones. They feel like they don't have much of a life anymore and are burning out but they don't have a clue how to go on about changing their situation.
They’re dreaming of a holiday to forget about work but haven’t been able to in months, if not years, or when they go away they still find themselves on their phone or laptop for “urgent”. They really wish they could find some time for themselves but they always tend to fall to the bottom of their list, that's if they even make it on their list.

Work-life Snapshot Questionnaire
A few simple questions to help identify where your biggest struggles are at the moment in managing your work and personal life. You’ll get clear on where you want to start during our session by identifying what’s overwhelming you now and how this is impacting your life on a deeper level. We’ll use the results to make the most of our time together.
Jump-Start Your Balanced Lifestyle Session
In this 90-minute one-on-one session, we’ll get clear on what’s truly important to you and you’ll get inspired to incorporate more of it into your life. You’ll learn simple, effective ways to reduce overwhelm and free up time and energy. You’ll leave the session with renewed focus and a plan of action on how to get what’s important to you done.
Time-Saver & Energy Booster Plan
You’ll receive a Time-Saver & Energy-Booster Plan, which includes a Time-Saver Template and an Energy-Booster Checklist – these tools will help you free up time and energy so you can stay focused on achieving more of what’s important to you. You’ll complete and then implement your unique plan using the template and checklist. The Time-Saver & Energy-Booster Plan is something that you can continue to develop and update throughout your life.
Work-Life Balance Check-in
Two weeks after our first session, we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up session to see where you’re at and how you’re creating time for what’s important. We’ll celebrate what’s going well and we’ll tweak what isn’t so you’re headed on the right path to creating the freedom and fulfilment you want in life.
You can finally have the direction and focus to build the successful business you want and still have time to spend on what’s important to you.
