I have managed people for over 20 years and worked in construction for over 30. I have always had a flair for getting the best out of people and managed both big and small businesses.
More recently i have worked on large change programmes and championed project management across several divisions. I completed the Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 (Masters level Degree) in Coaching & Mentoring. Following that i have worked with many different businesses and individuals for many different needs from newly promoted and those looking for guidance and direction searching for efficiencies in what they do.

I have been running my own coaching business for the last 5 years, but I have mentored and coached for around 20 years.
I work with many different industries at all levels and often train newly appointed managers to be able to fulfil their potential.
Because i also run my own business many find it useful that i understand the challenges of running a business and like to tap into that knowledge for business coaching.
I headed up a change programme across four divisions and therefore understand the complexities of bringing about lasting change.

Additional information
I always spend time with the client to see what is required and how I can help. It is rare that one session would be enough to have an impact, but I can price accordingly.
The prices charged although are for the session require work before and after the session and this includes this in order for it to be successful.

When you commit to coaching we will both sign a contract this protects us both and sets out the confidential and structured way we will work together. We by nature of coaching get to know each other pretty well and a lot of my previous clients I am still in touch with today even though the coaching has come to an end and we achieved what they set out to. .
Through my varied career I have played key roles in winning work of significant revenue, project managed many businesses using a growth strategy and requirement for enhanced performance in people and profits.
