I am a business coach working with small business owners. My experience spans several industries and business sizes, from solo ventures to global enterprises with 40+ employees. My passion is supporting business owners to identify and achieve the next step towards success and business growth without sacrificing the other elements in their lives that matter to them.

I am a trauma-informed Advanced NLP Practitioner and Coach.
I trained with Michael Dunlop of OR Training, certified by the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP), and Michelle McMaster MRes; BSc(Hons), Trauma Recovery Specialist, of Kintsugi Healing.
I have many years of experience working with SMEs across various industries, ranging in size from solo ventures to global enterprises with 40+ employees. This background helps me offer practical insights and guidance to support small businesses in a changing market.
