Background

An experienced executive coach and mentor,  I help mothers in leadership roles make better internal, personal and professional connections whilst strategically building their ideal career or business.

I work extensively with dynamic, progressive executives who lead from a position of secular or spiritual ethics, and I am comfortable in either setting.

Owning a family business and having a background in project and programme management, I have had various leadership roles over the past 30 years.  In addition to owning a coaching practice – I am a non-executive director (chair) and I own a funeral parlour with my husband and sister.  I find that my leadership and management skills serve me well in my executive coaching practice.

I love interacting with my family and friends.  I'm a life-long learner and a business/leadership nerd with a good sense of humour.  I absolutely love reading and I'm a self-proclaimed book addict.   This means that I can direct you to fantastic resources to support your coaching journey.  I also enjoy my yoga, meditation and healing practices. 

Coaching Experience

I have managed my team with a coaching leadership style since 2012 and was mentoring for many years prior to that.  I set up Mother of Abundance in 2018 initially to support mothers in leadership roles but found that both men and women were being recommended to me irrespective of whether or not they were parents.  Mother of Abundance now has a luxury arm for mothers leading the most powerful organisations in the world and a corporate arm which works with leadership teams from the most progressive organisations and universities in the world.

I have an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring (master's degree level qualification) and continue my professional development in part because I really love learning and because I really love coaching.  

Working with people who are ready to get out of their own way and make progress in areas they’ve been holding back on, or, to just see how far they can excel at “life”; my work with them positively impacts their confidence and how they interact with others.  Truly developing leaders who positively influence and empower their teams.

I also have extensive experience in working with people who are in organisations which provide great work but in environments that are less than ideal, whether this is due to the organisational structure, traditions of the profession or just the way a particular department is run.   Working with progressive leaders, I help them to manage changing their organisations from its current state to an alignment with its vision and mission.
