About me

Hi, I am Wendy. I have a PhD in Psychology and have dedicated over a decade to researching the psychology of eating and weight loss.

As a chartered psychologist and accredited executive coach, I adhere to the highest professional standards. My extensive experience in academia and healthcare, combined with over 15 years of coaching and mentoring, allows me to offer evidence-based guidance and support that truly makes a difference.

  • PhD in Psychology.
  • BSc in Human Psychology.
  • Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. 
  • Accredited Executive coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
  • ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching Certificate.
  • PG Cert in Coaching and Mentoring.

In addition, I have over a decade dedicated to researching the psychology of eating, including authoring numerous publications on topics such as emotional eating, cravings, and mindful eating. I prioritise ongoing professional development through regular supervision and adherence to the global code of ethics, ensuring you receive the highest quality of care.
