About me

I help busy, stressed out, working mums find more space, balance and fulfilment through working out what's important and brings joy and contentment.  Maybe this is you? You're trying to do it all but it's not working. You're feeling out of balance.  There aren't enough hours in the day.  You're exhausted.  You feel guilty that you're not the best mum, wife, employee.  Maybe on the outside you seem to have it all: the perfect job and life but beneath it all, you're unhappy, miserable.  You've reached burnout.  You're lacking motivation for your work and feel like life is a drudge.  You don't feel fulfilled anymore and you've lost your purpose and your sense of who you are.  Maybe you've got too much going on but it feels impossible to create time for yourself?  I know how it feels because I've been there.  If you choose to work with me, I will help you to find more space and gain more fulfilment from life. I can help you get rid of the guilt. We can work together to find your true purpose, identify your goals and put simple strategies in place to achieve them.    You want to re-assess your life and your purpose.  I can help you do that. The part of my work that has always driven me is working with others to bring out the best in them. I've been coaching in schools for years so decided to learn the theory behind the practice. And now that I'm qualified to practice, I want to help you to find your purpose and avoid making the mistakes I made when I burned out. I've helped people to find new meaning and purpose in what they're doing already, I've helped people to find balance in their life and I've helped those who wanted to take a new direction. My purpose is to help you find a new way to live your life more authentically.

"Vicki really helped me become the person I am today.  She helped me to kick start my journey to self-improvement and gave me the tools to be independent and prove I could do it.  I have progressed to the next stage of my career and am being prepared to progress again...  I couldn't be happier."
