About us
I am passionate about supporting individuals to develop resilience and achieve their potential for personal growth. I have been coached myself, and have experienced for myself the incredible positive impact that coaching and positive psychological approaches can have. Coaching came at a time when I needed it the most and changed my life. I want to offer that for others.
At Unearthing Common Ground we also offer a non-judgemental, protected space for sole traders, small businesses or individuals to explore the issues that are most important to you, whether that is around how your business is operating or what is challenging you personally such as changes in circumstances or work life balance.
Our vision is to offer practical ideas through business consultancy, coaching and culture change programmes. We want to create a space where small business owners can receive individual help but also connect, help, and support each other. We know sometimes difficulties run a little deeper, and also offer individual therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Director at Unearthing Common Ground where we offer business consultancy, coaching and individual therapy. I have over 20 years experience in both corporate support functions and delivering services. I have been a practising coach for the last 5 years as part of an active regional coach network. I have also delivered local and national leadership programmes.

I have a diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring at Practitioner level. I have just completed my Level 2 certificate in Counselling Skills, and working towards further counselling qualifications.
