About us
I am passionate about supporting individuals to develop resilience and achieve their potential for personal growth. I have been coached myself, and have experienced for myself the incredible positive impact that coaching and positive psychological approaches can have. Coaching came at a time when I needed it the most and changed my life. I want to offer that for others.
What is coaching?
Coaching offers a space for you to explore the issues and challenges that are most important to you. A coach can help you with protected time and space to really talk about what's important to you, and offer different perspectives.
What to expect?
I would spend our first session getting to know you and what has brought you to coaching. We can set a plan to make sure that the sessions are meeting your goals- the agenda is driven by you and what has come up for you. Different people work in different ways, and I can offer coaching that fits with your preferences.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Director at Unearthing Common Ground where we offer business consultancy, coaching and individual therapy. I have over 20 years experience in both corporate support functions and delivering services. I have been a practising coach for the last 5 years as part of an active regional coach network. I have also delivered local and national leadership programmes.

I have a diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring at Practitioner level. I have just completed my Level 2 certificate in Counselling Skills, and working towards further counselling qualifications.
