Having worked supporting Adults, Young people, Children and Families for the past 20 years. Providing parenting support, running groups with young people, and working with people affected by domestic abuse as well as individuals who have perpetrated, domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. I acquired skills which have allow me the ability to effectively support and help people to make positive changes following a breakup or divorce, which in some cases can be a traumatic experience for some people. Especially for those where there are children in the dynamics it can become overwhelming when it comes to focusing on yourself and making sure you are able to contain and support your children.
So, after many years of taking note of this while working in with families,Young People and children services, I have since trained as a Systemic Coach, Parenting practitioner, Domestic abuse advisor and Grief Recovery Specialist, Where I can now use my skills help you to look at the situation you are in with a fresh perspective to help you to become aware of how you can start to shift the problem to allow you to move forward.

Grief Recovery Sessions
The Grief Recovery Method is the action program for moving beyond death, divorce and other losses. The Grief Recovery Outreach Program gives participants specific actions to take, so they can recover from loss. Each Outreach Program is guided by a trained Grief Recovery Specialist and runs in either a group, or one-on-one setting, for 7-12 weeks.
Who is it for?
It’s for anyone who has experienced a significant emotional loss and wants to feel better. Types of loss are not limited to death and divorce. Many people join The Outreach Program because of grief over moving on, a change in financial status, loss of trust, or one of the other 40 types of losses a person could experience in his or her lifetime.
I am also able to support/coach Parents, carers/Foster cares , Teachers, Mentors or anyone supporting children/young people experiencing a loss or Grieving.
