About me
I believe that my coaching role is to support fellow adults with ADHD in understanding our unique and wonderful brains, enabling the development of unique tools and strategies to overcome our ADHD challenges and maximise our individual strengths/gifts to achieve success, whatever that looks like to you.
My coaching is collaborative, flexible, client-led, and tailor-made to meet your personal and professional needs, across all areas of life because everything is interconnected and has feedback loops that affect our wellbeing.
Good coaching isn't just about career success (although that's important), it's about emotional wellness and a happy life at home too!
Each session will focus on what you feel is most important to you at that time, based on the issues and opportunities that we have identified, building on the work we've done before.
I specialise in working with professional people who feel that they are struggling to fulfill their potential or manage their daily tasks without feeling overwhelmed or suffering burnout.
My own ADHD journey has shown me that we know life could be better but don't always know what steps to take to get there. That's why I talk about navigating the 'ADHD Desert'.
We may fear that ADHD will continue undermining our efforts to create our unique vision of success but together we will develop a clear, easy, practical plan on what success looks like to you, how to achieve it, and how to measure progress along the way.
With clients I explore the effects of ADHD on your personal and professional development, personal relationships, executive functioning, routines and habits, with the objective of supporting you in identifying those elements that fail to serve your positive growth.
Together we identify and develop the processes, strategies and supports that enhance personal strengths and support areas of personal challenge.
Check out my website for articles I've written about the emotional, lived experience of ADHD and my exploration of the outer edges of the ADHD Galaxy.
And please consider booking a no-obligation 'Discovery Call' with me where we can start your journey.
