I am committed to empowering adults with ADHD to understand their unique and wonderful brains, enable them to develop their own unique tools and strategies, and support them to overcome their challenges, harness their strengths and achieve their greatest potential.
I work with adults who are struggling to fulfill their potential and fear that time will run out before they achieve it. They know that their life could somehow be better but fear that ADHD will continue to undermine their efforts to create their unique vision of success and achieve it.
With clients I explore the effects of their ADHD on personal and professional development, personal relationships, executive functioning, routines and habits, with the objective of supporting them in identifying those elements that fail to serve their positive growth. We identify and develop the processes, strategies and supports that enhance personal strengths and support areas of personal challenge.
