About me

Hi I am Tina Campbell, I am a positive psychology coach & trainer and I can help you feel more confident, more energized and better able to cope with whatever life throws at you.

I have over ten year's coaching experience working in a variety of contexts from education to business to personal life-coaching. The context isn't important to me, what is important, is giving you the opportunity to explore your potential. Coaching gives you the time and space to explore who you want to be and to identify what is really important to you. We are often so caught up in our daily lives that we don't take the time to really think about the direction we are heading. It is only when we inevitably hit a bump in the road that we are forced to stop and think more deeply about life. I want to help you feel positive about your life and to build the resilience so that you feel confident that you can cope whatever comes your way. You only have one life why waste it being anything other than your best self.

The areas where I am particularly effective:

1. Boosting self-confidence
2. Developing your strengths
3. Helping you to bounce back after a set back
4. Building your resilience so you are better able to cope with stress
5. Changing the way you think

Why clients choose me

The reason that most clients choose to work with me is that I specialize in strengths coaching and mindfulness. I help you to solve your own problems by noticing and then developing what is already working for you. I use an online assessment to identify your areas of strength and then I explore with you how your strengths work both individually and collectively so that you can really understand how and when you are at your very best. Then we align your strengths with the particular issue that has brought you to coaching in the first place.

The benefit of the strengths approach is that as soon as you start using your strengths you immediately feel more confident, you are more motivated to keep going because strengths and energizing and you are more able to cope with obstacles you meet along the way. Thus you are more likely to both achieve your end goal and enjoy the process. Plus this approach has the added bonus that interventions tend to be shorter saving you money and you start to see rapid positive changes.
