About me

Tim provides targeted coaching to maximise your future potential. Simplistically creating goals, exploring your options and empowering you to reach your potential.

At the heart of Tim’s coaching is the belief that every person needs to give of the their best, and be fulfilled in that role. We all have gifts and passions, and we need to be fulfilled on a daily and life long basis.

Tim’s strategy with any coaching activity is to follow the outline strategy below:

  • Work out where you are now
  • Where you think you want to get to
  • What steps need to be put in place to reach this end goal
  • What obstacles and hurdles might be in the way.

Tim fully recognises that we are complex personalities and that at times we all experience emotions, feelings and circumstances that can derail us from our plans, and as such looks to help individual's understand some of the more complex interference issues that prevent them reaching their end goal.

Tim will be completely confidential in all matters, respect the individuals views and giving them the time and space to go and develop the output from their individualised coaching programme.

Tim has worked in engineering, construction and IT industries in a wide range of locations around the world.

Sorry, but nothing comes Free.

I adapt my fee scale depending on the ability of the individual to meet there commitments.

The initial 45 minute Telephone call, to determine if I can help has a fixed price of £30. Thus is payable at the first meeting.

Typically an initial coaching program will last between 6-8 weeks, but is extend-able to meet the needs of the individual.

I will provide a full written quotation on request, along with my terms of business.

Further information

Tim is a hard working father of 5 children, who deeply values his family and respects the needs of the individual. Tim feels that his greatest achievement to date has been the development of his family to be outgoing, gregarious, active, self determined and active. A sense of humour helps a lot. In his spare time likes hill walking and sailing on big boats.

I do all sorts of other things, and my mind is full of all sorts of business, but simplistically the following is a bit about myself, some examples are

Chartered Quantity Surveryor MRICS

Fellow of the British Computing Society MCIS, CITP, Prince 2 Certified

Commercial Yachtmaster Certificate endorsed by the RYA/MCA

I plan to write a couple of books, but my grammar and spelling is rubbish!
