About me

I have a passion to help people develop and nurture their personal growth, their careers and achieve their life goals and dreams. I have for many years mentored colleagues and decided in 2017 to qualify as a life coach. I am a CTI Co-active trained Coach and ICF Registered.

I believe that personal growth and development is a key step to achieving a fulfilled life. I am committed to the development and progress of individuals, I am passionate about their goals and achievements, about human behaviour and our interactions and more than anything about bringing transformation to peoples' lives.

I coach, mentor and support people from all backgrounds, diversity and inclusion is a key passion of mine. I have worked with people, developing their careers at work for many years and felt so inspired by the results that I further developed this skill along with life coaching skills to enable me to work closely with people across all walks of life and help them achieve their goals, ambitions and dreams.

During my work as a coach, which is the transformation of the human mind and behaviour, the vast improvement in self-confidence and self-belief and the understanding of the personal meaning of fulfilment. I know the challenges of the process but also the satisfaction of experiencing a life full of possibilities, a fulfilled life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have successfully completed 104 hours training on the CTI's Coach Training Programme, am a member of the ICF and intent to become a International Coach Federation (IFA) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), this challenging, in-depth programme is recognised as the most rigorous in the industry.

I am currently coaching a number of coaches at work.

SAMPLE SESSION - First there is a FREE 45 minute’s Sample session, which takes place normally 1:1 on the phone/Skype. The intention of the first part of this session is to help you understand what coaching is all about and deal with any questions or concerns that you may have. The second part of this session is where some actual coaching takes place, which will allow us both to see how we work together. This session is a taster session so we are not looking to achieve any specific results during this time.

DISCOVERY SESSION - this explorative session and takes place somewhere in a place of your choice that will resonate with you and has some meaning to you and possibly related somehow to the path you are about to start.

Discovery sessions can take place in cafes, museums, parks, shopping malls, churches, etc. The most important thing is that you feel at ease with yourself and your surroundings and that we can talk comfortably.

The Discovery Session is about creating the coach and coachee relationship, it involves discovering the necessary background and other personal information that will be useful in the coaching. For example: What are the main areas of focus you want to bring to coaching? What goals have you set? What are the values you want to honour in your life? What motivates you to action? How have you created change in the past? What works?

The discovery session also gives you an orientation to this unique relationship called coaching and an introduction to some of the specific coaching tools and language you will encounter. Fee for this is £30.00

REGULAR SESSIONS - This is the main bulk of the work. The Regular sessions are the ones following the Discovery session, they last 50 minutes, they are held fortnightly or monthly. Fee for each session is £50.00
