Hi, I'm Tim and I help students and young people to better deal with the pressures of university/college life, and any other stress or anxiety you may be experiencing.
Fun, excitement and success are a massive part of your time at university, and my coaching will help you to fully maximise these by helping you find your best way to manage the other, less ‘fun and exciting’ experiences of university.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have coached an array of different students on a one to one basis studying an array of different subject areas.
I also run workshops within Edge Hill University and for other students from different universities, to help them build the day to day strength and resilience they need to help them better deal with stress and anxiety.
Aside from this, I have also coached accountants, small business owners, athletes, university lecturers and the captain of the Talisker ladies Atlantic rowing team.
I currently work with a company called 'Know you more coaching' who are helping young people succeed in life. Their business partners include: The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, Oxfam, The University of St. Andrews, NHS, and Siemens to name a few.
I trained with a company called 'Simply Changing' and I am a fully qualified life coach/personal performance coach with NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), and I'm accredited by The NCP (National Council of Psychotherapists).

It is 80% in the head...so I am loving all that Tim is teaching me. This will give you a taster of what coaching is like and how it works, and to see if you think it's right for you at this time before parting with any money.
From there, if you are happy to continue with your coaching we can agree upon a cost that works for both of us!
Each session is 1 hour in length, although if we're in the middle of something we will always make sure that we're at an appropriate point before ending the session.
