Having worked extensively one to one with people within the health and fitness industry, both as a personal trainer and GP referral instructor, and later qualifying in cardiac rehabilitation, I have now shifted my interest more to the inner aspects of well being rather than the physical ones.
I have worked with a wide range of coachees differing in backgrounds, from young adults, to university lecturers, to private business owners, to the Talisker ladies rowing team who recently rowed the Atlantic Ocean.
What brought me to coach in the area of anxiety and stress:
Quite a number of years ago now a life situation brought me to fully acknowledge my own anxiety, and from there learn to understand it and how best to master it in day to day living.
