About me

Are you living with a reoccurring problem? Have you decided that it finally has to go?

Do you shudder at the thought of living with that same problem in five or ten years?

Have you finally ‘clicked’ that change can and will happen for you, if you commit?

If this is you, then you’ve come to the right place. Life coaching with me is for people who are ready and able to get stuck in and move on. Coaching focuses on what’s happening now, what you want next, and how that gap can be bridged.

‘I want to lead a healthier lifestyle.’

‘I don’t feel like I’m being true to myself.’

‘I repeat the same disagreements and uncomfortable moments with another person. I’m tired of wasting my time and emotional energy.’

‘I’m frustrated with an aspect of my career.’

‘I want a career!’

‘I want to spend more time with my kids.’

All people encounter obstacles or fall into unwanted habits at some point. That’s life! Luckily, being human also comes with the in- built capacity to evolve and succeed. Life coaching is the service to oil your wheels and accelerate your progress. Change can be achieved over weeks or months that could otherwise stretch over years- or never be conquered.

I boost confidence but I am also a critical friend. I offer absolute commitment and dedication. I help you identify mental and emotional blocks that are holding you back by asking questions through which you find the solutions. I use coaching methods and tools that enable you to gain new ways of seeing things- and new results.
