About me

Coaching with me is for anyone who wants to create change in their life and is ready to start.  You may look at how others live and wish you could do what they do; there may be specific parts of your life you want to shift; you may wish to change the way you think about something, or perhaps you feel frustrated because you don't know what you want.  The possibilities are endless!

My sessions are a safe space for you to be honest with yourself and get exciting results.  It's my role to ensure that you feel respected and comfortable to explore your situation with curiosity.  I dedicate my focus to your goal and support you to gain a fresh understanding of an 'old' situation.  There is power in talking with someone who genuinely listens and who takes a keen interest in what you say by asking questions and making observations.  My sessions boost confidence and I am also a critical friend.  I am particularly good at helping people identify mental and emotional blocks that are holding them back.

I’m driven by the belief that people have unlimited capacity to develop the lives they love if they move beyond the internal and external barriers that limit their progress.  When you think about something differently, you’re on a new road.
