About me
I am a Transformative Executive Coach passionate about creating inclusive working environments where every individual has the tools and opportunities to thrive in their career. My mission is to support professionals and organisations in navigating challenges and unlocking their greatest potential.
Having experienced the complexities of steering power dynamics, managing work-life balance, and overcoming challenges such as financial pressures and impostor syndrome, I developed a deep understanding of the skills needed to succeed in high-stress environments. Inspired by personal experiences of the transformative power of coaching, I embarked on a mission to support others in achieving similar breakthroughs.
By combining my extensive business background with transformative coaching training and accreditation, I guide my clients through change by encouraging self-exploration, reflective thinking, system awareness, and the adoption of new behaviours. This approach helps clients break free from limiting beliefs and empowers them to cultivate resilience, transform pressure into opportunity, and thrive in adversity.

- EIA Professional Designation at Senior Practitioner Level with EMCC Global
- ICF Accredited Coaching Level 2
- Accredited Diploma in Coaching Training with the Association for Coaching
- Accredited Transformative Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching.

In addition to my coaching practice, I am committed to advancing women’s rights. I am a CSW68 Delegate with UN Women UK and volunteer with other impactful organisations. As an avid philanthropy advocate, I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent in England with the aim of driving positive impact by dismantling the systems that perpetuate inequality and social injustice.
