At the core of my practice lies believing that you need to be yourself to become truly happy and satisfied with your life and relationships.
Being self is one of the biggest challenges in life. We are involved in multiple relationships and cultures with different rules and beliefs, which do not always echo in our hearts and minds. But we have been taught to follow the rules and frames to fit into a circle and achieve success.
By following external beliefs and life frames, many of us have created an illusion of perfect, successful life. But when we stay on our own, we notice that something doesn’t sit right. As a result, we feel an inner urge to change, to break out from our reality.
Eventually, we face big questions: Who am I? What is the point? Why is it happening? Why am I doing it? What is the meaning of my life?
By following someone else’s plan, we lose meaning and ourselves. We forget who we are and what we want. As a result, we lose our desire, inner fire and joy of life. Or maybe we did not even have a chance to experience it.
So, what is the solution? The answer is simple – be yourself. Stop and get to know yourself, start listening to what you think and feel, separate your beliefs from the truth of society.
Authenticity is a new buzzword, but the reality is that it is the secret to happiness, freedom, love, success and comfort in your life. By finding who you are and creating your own way - you become the best partner, great leader, admirable friend, favourite colleague and happy parent.

UK International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
