About me
Welcome, I’m Suzanne. I am a Coach and also a practising and accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist. This means we can work together to overcome any challenges and triggers in a safe supportive space, empowering you to create meaningful and sustainable change. I work creatively, intuitively and integratively, utilising several different ways of working relative to each client and dependent on your needs and preferences.
Whether it be pursuing your dream job, owning your authentic leadership style, making that move abroad, building a remote flexible lifestyle, starting your own side hustle, sustaining healthy fulfilling relationships, implementing wellbeing strategies or taking the leap into something new - we will work together, navigating your path to feeling empowered and authentically you! Coaching with me will help you to tackle the obstacles holding you back and to establish which opportunities you want to seize! I will coach you to create a self-sustaining framework and lifestyle to live by, from which you can achieve your goals in a way that is unique to YOU and true to your values.
I am able to offer you a truly bespoke coaching partnership, having worked with a diverse range of clients and coaching topics, such as life coaching, performance and executive coaching, career coaching and holistic wellbeing coaching. Our work together will be specifically tailored to your needs and I offer both long and short term coaching. I also work flexibly online or by phone and I am happy to discuss what would work best for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
With experience of over 15 years, I have been a trained coach for over four years and I am a BACP registered Coach (and counsellor/psychotherapist). I hold a Masters of Science in Integrative Coaching and Counselling from the University of East London (UEL), as well as a Bachelors degree in Law. Why can both be helpful? Put very simply, coaching is primarily aimed at achieving goals and modifying behaviour or habits. In contrast, counselling generally focuses on resolving internal conflicts and facilitating psychological changes. The two can work very well together as complementary approaches and, where agreed, I am able to flex between the two while assessing your needs.
After spending several months studying yoga in Northern India and gaining my Yoga Alliance teaching and sound healing certification in 2019, I also developed a keen interest in mindfulness, meditation, and body work / somatic therapy. This interest led me to focus my Masters dissertation on the use of somatics in remote and online coaching, and we may agree to utilise these methods in our coaching sessions.
I also have extensive experience of working and mentoring in HR, operations and legal across a wide variety of industries such as fast-growth and high pressure companies, tech startups, music and investment banking. I now use this experience to help clients build resilience and find authentic ways to excel in their workplace.

Further information
As an advocate of remote work and travel, you will often find me working abroad when I’m not coaching from my home office in Cornwall. Having previously spent 15+ years working in London, I now support clients internationally to ensure they are living a life in alignment with their values and goals, wherever in the world that may be.
