About me

I am passionate about enabling you (my client) to be all you can be. To get out of the way of yourself.

As an executive therapeutic coach I use my 20 years of experience to support you  to understand yourself better.

I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years and this informs my work as a coach.  Issues around stress, self-worth, confidence and self-belief. Shame and guilt and all the accompanying emotions of impostor syndrome and assumptions are common issues that are better understood in coaching.

Are you looking to change careers, or maybe you have been promoted?

Are you having issues managing working at home and balancing work and family commitments.

I work with both men and women.  Coaching leaders and those who may aspire to be one.

With those who are struggling with issues around self-confidence and mental health.

I provide a safe space to really understand yourself and thus to find new ways forward and I offer concessions for packages and block bookings.

Please get in touch if you would like a quick chat to find out more over zoom.

Thank you.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
