About me

Hello, and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Sue and as a Wellness Coach, I am passionate about helping you to live your best life, in a world that can be so demanding of our time and attention.

When your emotional, behavioural and physical health is not a priority it will have a negative impact on so many different aspects of your life, including sleep, work, relationships, finances and leisure time.

Life adjustments can be difficult to achieve without the right support, because as humans - we are hardwired to resist change. Our mind will usually interpret something new and unknown as a threat, and that’s when you may find yourself stuck in a negative cycle, unable to move forward.

This is the point where I come in. I can get you to where you want to be.

I have a strong successful background in both the public and private sector. I have worked for some of the largest financial organisations in the UK, holding roles in both Management and Business Coaching. In my current role within an NHS Psychology Team, I provide a range of psychological therapies within individual and group settings.

With this unique blend of knowledge and insight, I will help you to identify your goals, options, strengths and resources, to reach your true potential. Through coaching you will recognise the importance of living your life according to your values, needs, aspirations and prioritising who you really are - not who you think you should be.

I can help you to:

  • Identify essential lifestyle changes
  • Manage your mental and emotional health
  • Enhance your physical health
  • Improve motivation, structure and focus
  • Create new, positive habits
  • Eliminate or reduce unhealthy habits
  • Decrease stress and/or burnout
  • Create a better work-life balance
  • Prioritise what matters to you, and your values
  • Improve relationships and manage your environment
  • Increase positivity

I will also help you to overcome any psychological fears and obstacles that are driven by negative thoughts, feelings, behaviours and beliefs, which up until now – have stopped you from gaining a sense of accomplishment, self-care and fulfilment.

I will always promise to work alongside you with determination, purpose, humour – and most importantly, kindness and compassion.
