About me

As a personal performance coach, I work with you to get you focused on what it is that you really want to do. Whether that is leadership at work or personal and professional development then I can help.  Sometimes we all need more than a push in the right direction.

I will coach you to find what is missing - clarity, vision, taking action or something else entirely.  We can set goals that enable you to actively take steps forward with confidence. I will work with you to get you to where you want to be much quicker than if you were working on your own by identifying realistic goals, working through options and keeping you on track with forward-focused actions.

If you:

  • Are feeling stuck and want to re-focus on where you are going
  • Have a sense that something is missing in your life
  • Feel like you have lost yourself along the way
  • Do not know how to put your dreams (and yourself) first
  • Are not doing the work you know you’re supposed to be doing
  • Are way too busy to think about setting goals

Then working with me as your coach can mean that you:

  • Can achieve more than you thought possible

  • Are clear about what direction you are moving in, and more importantly, why

  • Learn to make decisions that move you forward rather than hold you back

  • Present yourself with confidence

  • Can focus on what is important to you

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered social worker with Social Work England, the professional body that regulates social work. I also have qualifications in Leadership and Management alongside my coaching qualifications.

I am a qualified Personal Performance Coach and an accredited personality profiling DISC practitioner, a behaviour performance tool.

In addition to my qualifications, I hold the CPD Standards Office prestigious accredited coach status. The CPD Standards Office work across all industry sectors and are highly recognised for the work that they do concerning continual professional development.

This accreditation not only demonstrates the high impact that coaching delivers it enables me to present to each client that I work with an individual certificate confirming the number of hours that we have worked together. This can be used in meeting your own CPD requirements for your professional membership bodies and to meet your organisational demands/requirements.

I am also registered with the Association for Coaching, a professional body dedicated to promoting best practices and raising the awareness and standards of coaching, worldwide.

I have over 25 years of experience supporting individuals to change the things in their lives they were unhappy with. I do this by working on values and beliefs and setting realistic goals. I then keep you on track with your plans, working with you to discover new ways of thinking and testing out new ideas in a supportive way. I manage my own successful coaching business. I work with a range of individuals, including Chairs of Third Sector organisations, Company Directors, CEO's, Education establishments' Heads of Faculties, Senior Managers and individuals facing career and life challenges.

Additional information

If you are ready to work with me as your coach, or you are just curious to find out a bit more about coaching, then please get in touch, and I will see how I can help you. I offer a 30-minute free telephone session to see if you think we can work together. All you have to do is take the first step; you are under no obligation at all to take things any further. At the end of this session, you decide on how you want to proceed.

A one-hour coaching session is invaluable. Think about how much you pay to get your car serviced, have your hair cut or nails manicured, seek advice from an accountant or solicitor etc. For each of these services, you are paying not only for their time, but you are also paying for their expertise, experience and skill. Coaching is no different; you are investing in developing yourself and make lasting changes; this could be the best investment you will ever make.

Book a free introductory session where we can talk about what you need from coaching and coaching packages that may suit you.

I am available Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm. Please ask about weekends, we can come to an arrangement if that is your preference.

Further information

I can coach you in face-to-face sessions at a venue suitable to you or by video conferencing on zoom, skype or face-time, depending on your needs. We can have a good old-fashioned telephone call, too, if you prefer! Travel expenses will apply, depending on location should you request a face-to-face meeting. Sessions are normally up to one hour in duration. We can arrange bespoke sessions to maximise your time spent with me as your coach too. This can include longer or shorter sessions, depending on what is going on for you and a mixture of face-to-face, telephone, text and e-mail support to keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
