About me

I am a Life & Executive Coach and work with ambitious people who feel unhappy, trapped, anxious and unfulfilled. They want to live a more meaningful, impactful and purposeful life but don’t know where to start.

I help them find the clarity, emotional intelligence and resilience to discover, plan and confidently follow their new path - without fear and self-sabotage getting in the way.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been a Life & Executive Coach for ten years, and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to its code of ethics.

I am also a Certified Hogan Assessments Practitioner, a Certified Culture Change Consultant with the Barrett Values Centre, and have also studied Organisation & Systems Coaching and and Advanced Coaching with Neuroscience.

I work both privately, and am also hired by founders and organisations to work with their high potential leaders.

I developed the Clarity and Freedom method in 2008 and have since taken hundreds of clients through this effective, challenging process.

3.     Reframe
Your life seems bleak and your mind full of endless negative thoughts; a constant and exhausting loop of low-grade terror.
It’s time to learn how you can actively choose to think and feel; deal effectively with difficult emotions when they arise, find your joy and feel positive about your life. Emotional intelligence can be learned and strengthened.
You don’t have to feel angry, sad or anxious all the time.
4.     Recharge

5.     Persist
