About me

I am a certified transformational coach with a background in Human Resources and recruitment. I provide bespoke transformational coaching sessions and personal development programmes. I specialise in career, resilience, wellness as well as leadership and executive coaching. My practice has also been focusing on redundancy coaching during these challenging times.

I have integrated psychometric testing in my coaching programmes. By providing a personalised portrait of  the whole personality,  my aim is to help individuals to develop the skills most needed in the future: adaptability, agility, a growth mindset, partnering, authenticity and the ability to lead self and others.

My vision is to help individuals to develop their self-awareness in order to achieve their professional and personal life goals.  I always bring energy, spirit and conviction in my work.

I am a French native speaker and can hold coaching sessions in both English and French face to face, over the phone and any other  videoconferencing system.

My areas of focus are:

  • Career Coaching
  • Executive and Leadership coaching
  • Wellness and Resilience coaching
  • Redundancy Coaching
  • Assertiveness and Confidence coaching
  • Overcoming Limited Beliefs
  • Dealing with the imposter Syndrome
