About me

I trained as a coach with Relational Dynamics 1st to enhance and martial my natural abilities in helping people to discover and define their real way in the world.

As a professional artist, I run workshops and seminars in which I show participants how to access the inspirational, artistic, freewheeling part of their brains, and coaching them to the goals they identify with this new insight is the next logical step.

I love to encourage people, to motivate and inspire.

The pleasure I’ve always had from helping someone to throw off their fear and dive into painting or drawing or collage is just as powerful when I’m helping a client to live their best life or get past a block or make the change they so desperately want.

I genuinely believe everyone should have the opportunity to live their best life and feel fulfilled, contented and complete and feel that my lovely studio in Eridge Park provides a unique setting for coaching.

'I saw Stoney for 3 sessions at the end of last year. My big problem was procrastinating and being stressed and overwhelmed. My mind was a log jam of things to do, and nothing was getting done! It was horrible, stressful and totally demoralising. Stoney listened, and listened and listened in her beautiful cosy studio and guided me to recognise my priorities and choose just a few things to get done in-between sessions. And I got them done! Stoney is a lovely presence to be around. She is very understanding and empathetic with an innate ability to get to the heart of the problem and help you sort yourself out.' Caroline
