I have a lot of experience working with people who are stuck in their careers and find making decisions difficult. If this is you then I can certainly help.

I can also help with relationship and emotional problems and where possible I will help you to find solutions to your difficulties.

I favour a psychological approach to Coaching because in my experience this is the most robust and effective way to deal with and manage problems.

I can also help with organisational problems and I have many years management experience across a wide range of organisations. I understand the management of change in some detail.
