About me

Coaching is a powerful process that can help you to make changes in your personal life and professional life, improve your performance, enhance your relationships with others or develop specific skills.  Often some, or a number, of these areas are inter-related.

Some of the areas I may be able to help you with:

  • Career
  • Work/life balance
  • Lifestyle changes
  • Relationships

My Approach

I work collaboratively with my clients to facilitate the achievement of  increased and sustainable effectiveness in their personal lives and careers.

My approach to coaching takes into account  the whole person – past, present and future – their values, needs, relationships and goals. I aim to help you to understand yourself better, to work on the barriers that may be holding you back and to identify ways forward in order to achieve your goals.

I tailor coaching packages to meet the needs of each individual client.
Each coaching session is 60 minutes in duration and we might decide that it would be beneficial to meet twice per month over a period of several months, or we may decide that a more long term relationship or more frequent sessions could be useful at times.

I also provide telephone and Skpe coaching sessions.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
