About me
Hi I'm Steve. I am passionate about working with people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations and by so doing helping them to achieve genuine and long term transformation in their lives, in line with their core values. In addition to being a qualified coach I bring lived experience to my coaching from my own life journey.
People choose coaching for a variety of reasons including feeling stuck in their career, feeling that they are unable to progress in life due to unhelpful mind sets, feeling unfulfilled and struggling with relationships or having to make a major transition in their life not always of their choosing, such as redundancy or bereavement.
I provide one to one coaching anywhere in the world via Skype or Zoom.

If you are thinking about having some coaching, but are not exactly sure what it involves, then please feel free to book a no obligation introductory call on line or over the phone to see whether coaching is for you, how it could benefit you and to clarify any questions you may have. This should give you a feel for whether or not coaching is for you at this time and if we are a good match. Please email, call or complete the contact form on my website to arrange.
If you decide that you want to proceed we will arrange to meet at regular intervals e.g weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit your requirements.
Sessions can take place in a variety of ways: Zoom, Skype, Telephone.

Following a long career in the NHS as a senior manager and Director I made my own life transition to obtain renewed fulfilment and an improved quality of life. I am therefore able to bring lived experience and genuine empathy from a number of areas from my life journey to my coaching.

- Thereafter, £50 per session (45-60 minutes) or 6 sessions (discounted) for £250.
