Stephen Paul - Transformational Coach

What my clients say
“Thanks to Steve’s coaching, I now have clarity of vision. I arrived with a medley of entrepreneurial ideas that made sense to me, but made others dizzy. Steve’s ability to listen carefully, question thoughtfully and provide space and guidance for clarity has helped me tremendously."
Experience and empathy
I work as a coach and mentor with a particular emphasis on working with clients facing change and uncertainty - often as a result of the impact of digital and mobile devices, systems and networks in their personal and work lives.
I work across a continuum of personal and professional change, improvement and transformation. At the one end, I coach specific skills and techniques to improve a client’s effectiveness in day to day situations. This includes how to get control of the immediate tools and techniques of digital communications and productivity so they work for you.
I provide Performance Coaching for when a client wants to improve how they operate in different situations. This covers how to build your presence and your effectiveness to take you to the best level you can be in your interactions at work and outside.
Transformational coaching is less focused on current circumstances and is more oriented to clients' longer-term goals and on development of the whole person and their way of thinking, feeling and acting. This area of coaching is focussed around personal transformation that can enable clients to move into new territories of personal or professional achievement.
My clients include business leaders and rising stars, corporate executives, startup founders and creatives. I have held a wide range of roles - including many years as a senior digital strategist - in large international corporates, small-medium sized agencies and in the public sector. This experience enables me to provide real-world understanding and a practical approach to clients' needs.
I'm a qualified Transformational Life Coach and the founder of Cesura// Coaching - Consulting. Before I became a coach and mentor I had a and successful long career in marketing, sales and strategy roles. I worked in major blue-chip corporate businesses, in the public sector and in a number of smaller digital communications agencies.

Coaching & Mentoring Programmes - In person or via Skype/Zoom
Fees vary according to location and programme. Some concessionary places are available.
In our first session, we take stock of where you are now and discuss where you want to get to. This will enable us to decide what approach is going to be most suitable for you. We then plan out the subsequent sessions.
Preference Series Programme
A series of six 1-hour pre-booked sessions, focussed on your individual coaching and mentoring needs.
Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes - booked ad hoc - with hands-on working through specific models or practical exercises as required. Used as a top of previous work or as preparation for a specific upcoming event or challenge.
This programme is completely customised around your needs and your preferred working pattern.
A half or full day workshop and subsequent sessions to tackle a range of strategies you may want to develop. It includes hands-on practical activities, modelling and outputs.
Coaching can find the questions
Making the most of each and every day - at work and in your personal life - and finding the pathway through t future fulfilment means asking questions and being open to responding to the answers you get back.
It means meeting the challenges, overcoming the hurdles and seizing the opportunities and - above all else - being ready to step into uncertainty and relish change.
The task is continual and has to be part of a positive commitment to four core dimensions:
Find your purpose: what are you 'here' for, what can you do that creates value for yourself and others around you, how do you need to develop so that you can work towards your purpose?
Understand your skills and strengths: which do you have already, how they can be enhanced, which new ones do you need to reach your goals?
Develop your personal strategies: how will you need to think and what actions will you need to execute to move you forward in the direction you want to go?
Practise and review: what plan do you have to practically rehearse how you will react and respond to different new challenges and opportunities?
