I'm a qualified Executive and Transformational Coach and also incorporate elements of NLP into the programmes I run. I have had a long and successful career in marketing, sales and strategy roles in major blue-chip corporate businesses, in the public sector and in a number of smaller brand and digital communications agencies.

In the first part of my career, I worked in marketing, sales and strategy roles for leading brands: Philips, Commodore Computers, IBM-Lotus, HarperCollins Publishers, The BBC.
I then moved into the agency 'world' and worked for over 16 years in digital communications and branding as a Client Director and Digital Strategy Director.
I moved into coaching and mentoring because with my skills and experience I wanted to help people find their own unique purpose and to realise of their own individual presence in all they do.

Coaching & Mentoring Programmes - In person or via Skype/Zoom
Fees vary according to location and programme. Some concessionary places are available.
In our first session, we take stock of where you are now and discuss where you want to get to. This will enable us to decide what approach is going to be most suitable for you. We then plan out the subsequent sessions.
Preference Series Programme
A series of six 1-hour pre-booked sessions, held over 3 months focused on your individual coaching and mentoring needs.
Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes - booked ad hoc - with hands-on working through specific models or practical exercises as required. Used as a top of previous work or as preparation for a specific upcoming event or challenge.
This programme is completely customised around your needs and your preferred working pattern.
A half or full day workshop and subsequent sessions to tackle a range of strategies you may want to develop. It includes hands-on practical activities, modelling and outputs.
Coaching can find the questions
Making the most of each and every day - at work and in your personal life - and finding the pathway through t future fulfilment means asking questions and being open to responding to the answers you get back.
It means meeting the challenges, overcoming the hurdles and seizing the opportunities and - above all else - being ready to step into uncertainty and relish change.
The task is continual and has to be part of a positive commitment to four core dimensions:
Find your purpose: what are you 'here' for, what can you do that creates value for yourself and others around you, how do you need to develop so that you can work towards your purpose?
Understand your skills and strengths: which do you have already, how they can be enhanced, which new ones do you need to reach your goals?
Develop your personal strategies: how will you need to think and what actions will you need to execute to move you forward in the direction you want to go?
Practise and review: what plan do you have to practically rehearse how you will react and respond to different new challenges and opportunities?
