RUN|LIFE is different. It's is a free public service offering positive wellness coaching in groups or 1-1 to anyone serious about meaningful change, a healthy abundant way of living and a more purposeful life. 

I put movement (through walking or running) at the heart of a deeply personal programme of change and growth. Through one-to-one coaching (in nature) I’ll help you move forward with life. Sessions unlock potential, enhance performance and build self-efficacy using running and wellness as a base for holistic growth and goal attainment.

RUN|LIFE can also help with confidence, self- esteem, health, career coaching, personal development, anxiety, energy, stress, work life balance, spirituality and finding purpose

Training, qualifications & experience

  • 6 years Executive Coaching in the hospitality sector
  • IAFPD certificates in psychological coaching, assertion and communication skills, performance management, stress management.
  • (Accredited advanced diploma in coaching)
  • Lirf run leader. Ultramarathon coach.

Aims & Background

RUN|LIFE was established in 2021 in East London. We’ve already successfully supported many Londoners on a path to a better quality of life. Our aim is to continue to grow the number of coaches and participants to communities all over the country. RU|LIFE is offer for individual and group sessions subject to availability. 

1-1 Sessions

Through 1-1 sessions steeped in positive psychology I share a combination of wellness and cognitive behavioural coaching to support your growth or transformation. Sessions are encouraged outside and in movement (walking or running) however we also offer video conferencing (Zoom). 

Group sessions

In our group movement sessions the run leader will facilitate a safe space and encourage participants to air their deepest challenges for others to listen. We find these sessions help people build confidence and find new perspectives. They are also an excellent way of meeting likeminded people as the shared journey brings people together and breaks down boundaries.

How does it work?

We offer a free discovery phase for 3x 1-1 sessions during which time we will explore the 4 wellness pillars.

You can now decide to move forward with this knowledge alone or with RUN|LIFE coaching. Either way you’ll be encouraged to do work through 3 phases of change.

3 phases of change

Embedding wellness pillars so they become habitual is phase one of the RUN|LIFE transformation. This is where you build foundations for the road ahead. 

Finding out what you really want, wish to become and how to get there is phase two. You will do this in the following ways.

Establishing vision, values and purpose
Making big goals
Creating actionable steps

 In the final phase, you embark on the journey towards your better self following your values, goals and actionable steps. This phase will inevitably present new challenges. So when you hit this road and the right path ahead is confusing or you need help moving things out of the way you will have RUN|LIFE there to support you.
