About me

My goal is to be the best personal coach you can imagine of all time, and I understand that the only way for me to reach this goal is by assisting great people in achieving great things.

I relish creating an environment where you get more out of yourself than you believe you can, where you become more of who you really are.

Remember, confidence is like a dragon where for every head, you cut off two more heads grow back but together we will find the sword that is sharp enough to slice through life.

You might be looking to improve your self-esteem, confidence or find inspiration in your life so that you challenge yourself to be the best example of yourself.

At Stephen Bell Coaching, I will transform your life (or certain areas of it), not just add value to it. I want you to have total clarity of vision, unstoppable confidence in yourself, reach social mastery, become a remarkable leader, and operate on the highest level of performance possible – whatever it is that you need and want the most.

I am an expert at finding the answers through powerful soul searching questions and as you can imagine I will be using various techniques such as:

  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP)
  • Positive Psychology
  • Internationally recognised coaching practices
  • Hypnosis

When you work with me, I will help you become more resilient, resourceful and create a new renaissance so that you become more confident to challenge yourself and improve your self-esteem.

  • Do you feel like you need to build confidence but lack the drive to do so?
  • Are you one of those people who feel their self-confidence? is low and need to find that spark in you so that you can fulfill your dreams?
  • Do you feel like the stress in your life is so debilitating that you feel like the depression is sometimes like a large cloud over you?

Work with me

Are you one of those people that people just do not understand and at work, parties or in public your confidence is so low, you cannot find the power to talk to people or even sometimes leave the house?

If you work with me, you will feel confident, resilient and able to command a room. I will help YOU find the inner strength that we all have and become a better, greater version of yourself.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have trained at the internationally recognised Coaching Academy and qualified in Personal performance coaching and Neuro-Linguistic programming. I am also an MHFA Mental Health First Aider and currently studying towards a nationally recognised CBT qualification.

I have over 20 years experience of coaching in both the Armed forces and Police services and have worked with hundreds of people building up their self-confidence, mental health awareness and resilience to their hectic lives.

I specialise in working with young people to build up their confidence so that they are resilient and able to "bounce back".

I have also helped numerous people identify what in their subconscious memory is affecting their current reality. This has been in extreme life-threatening crisis times and my input has led to them seeking life-changing intervention.
