About me

If you would like to have more confidence and resilience so you can live a life of less stress and more ease, welcome home.

I specialise in working with women who are at thresholds at key points in their personal and professional lives, to overcome their fears and self-doubt.

You feel stuck and have lost the excitement, enthusiasm and meaning in your daily life. Perhaps fear is preventing you from taking a new direction and stepping into unknown territory.

You feel overwhelmed by the enormity of the changes you want to make. This is leading to procrastination and you don’t end up seeing any of your ideas through.

You feel afraid of making the wrong decision, starting a new project, getting into a new relationship because it needs to feel perfect.

Change Is uncomfortable

You know you want so much more from life, but you need help to shrug off the safety and security of your current comfort zone and step boldly into your new future.

You've outgrown your current life but need help breaking the cycle of busy so you've got time to make the changes needed to confidently step into the next stage of your life.

You want to live a meaningful life but after so long taking care of what other people want and need, you need help to reconnect with yourself and rediscover your passions and purpose.

Coaching will provide a powerful framework of support, accountability and transformation, in a safe and nurturing space. My role as a coach is to invite you to dream, risk and leap bigger than before, helping you to overcome obstacles that block fruition. I will show you how to draw on your values and support you to find your voice, connecting you to your ideas and creativity to create the life that you would love.

During these sessions, we collaborate together to tap into your creative nature and bring your ideas to life. You will learn how to build real confidence, enabling you to break habit loops, act with courage and remove the constant self doubt. Together we challenge self-limiting beliefs and identify what are your dreams and passions, and what ignites the fire within. I listen deeply and draw on my wide-ranging experience of running my own successful businesses where creativity and business meet.

How We Will Work Together

The coaching program is 6 sessions made up of online coaching via zoom, unlimited emails and WhatsApp. The sessions are a creative process of coaching conversation and including imagery, reflective journaling, visioning and positive psychology to move your thinking beyond your everyday habitual thoughts.

Step 1: A Vital Life

In our first session, we establish where you are right now and where you would like to be, what areas of your life are you most passionate about? What gives you the most joy and vitality? In this session we lay out all the possibilities and envision what the results might look like.

Step 2: Reconnection

We will work deeply with your values and uncover your unconscious blueprint for motivation. Together, we will uncover your strengths and resilience so you can creatively expand your vision and reconnect with your confidence and unique power. What would give you the most meaning in your day to day life?

Step 3: Unlimited Mind

We look at your own personal law which has been imprinted onto you since childhood and rewrite the script, designing strategies and removing barriers that may be holding you back. Looking at your life through a new lens you will find ease in making changes.

Step 4: Purposeful Living

Develop a purposeful strategy that enables you to move through life with a sense of meaning, purpose and freedom. This work gives you a renewed sense of purpose and identity, keeping you focused on your objectives and what really is important and meaningful to you.

Step 5: Growth

Take actionable steps that are in line with your vision that feel realistic and yet stretch you. We break things down into manageable steps and get yourself in the flow of your new way of being. This is where all your effort and hard work pays off, without feeling overwhelming and stressful.

Step 6: Sustainability

We look at what is working and where you need extra support, so you not only have tools to keep you moving forwards positively and successfully, but you will also know how to reclaim your right to live a joyful and fulfilled life.

The coaching program is uniquely tailored to you and your needs and the sessions are outlined in our first phone call. This is a journey of reconnection, growth and development and this journey takes time, self-responsibility and commitment. I’ll be with you every step of the way, cheering you on, supporting you with the mindset shifts whilst holding you accountable so change can happen. The journey starts with you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a mother, coach, teacher, featherlight guide and writer, passionate about empowering women who want to navigate their lives forwards positively and successfully. I offer you over 15 years of experience in therapies and practices that specifically nourish and heal with more than 1500 hours of formal training in western and non-western healing modalities. In my twenties, I lived in Bali Indonesia where I ran a successful restaurant, Jasmine Kitchen.

I work with individuals, schools and corporate companies, where my coaching sessions, workshops and retreats offer a space where women can come together in safety and harmony, creating an environment of healing, nourishment and growth.

I am a graduate of the acclaimed Barefoot Postgraduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching and an associate certified coach with the ICF.

As a coach and mentor, I have benefited from the support and guidance from superb teachers and continuously seek further support in my work so I can develop and grow. I am a Well Woman Yoga therapist (which offers a therapeutic approach to yoga for supporting women's health) receiving training under the guidance of Dr. Uma Dinsmore- Tuli together with Yoga Nidra - yogic meditation, and Restorative Yoga training from the world-renowned Judith Hansson Lasater. I lead women's circles and have worked in women's health as a clinical aromatherapist for 15 years supporting women from pre- menarche to menopausal care.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.

Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Online Via zoom these bespoke coaching sessions are arranged at a time that suits you and your busy timetable and provides a convenient way to bring coaching into your life.


The coaching program is £750 and is typically a series of 6 sessions over  2-3 months. Bespoke packages are arranged according to individual circumstances and requirements.

If you are overwhelmed and feel stuck, I know how you feel. I’ve been there. I’ve worked too hard, not felt like I deserved more, and slept too little. A giver, Cancerian and a recovering perfectionist I have spent much of my adult life overextending myself to meet everyone else’s needs first. I didn’t say ‘no’ as I was worried I would offend, I didn’t listen to my body when it said ‘enough’ and stayed too long in the wrong job or in the wrong relationship because of the fear of the unknown of what could be on the other side.

I created Featherlight Living through a desire to show women the freedom in doing less and discovering their voice so they can say no more.

Featherlight Living is about reconnecting women to their confidence and strengths, truth and power, desire, and integrity. I show women how to live in harmony with their natural rhythms, supporting women to find their voice, and connect them to their confidence and resilience.

Through coaching, transformative retreats, and workshops, I provide a nourishing space where women can reclaim their integrity, creativity, and connect to their power. they can live a life on purpose, with freedom, ease, and a lot less stress. I see myself as a lighthouse, shining a light so women can navigate their way back home to themselves.
