About me

Who do I coach?

I provide life and career coaching to private clients as well as executive coaching to corporate clients. I have coached people from many different professional and cultural backgrounds on a wide range of topics. I offer a 30 minute FREE, no obligation consultation session.

I coach people:

* who feel stuck in their personal or professional lives, who see choices and decisions ahead of them and need support to work out – what’s the right way to go?

* who know they want to change something but aren’t sure where to start

* in managing transitions into different careers and new roles

* in building self-awareness and personal impact, challenging that “inner critic” and developing personal resilience

A common theme with all of my clients is a desire to make a change of some kind and to identify what they really want to do - in life, in work and often a combination of both – so that they make decisions based on what’s most important for them.

Please call me on 07894 209 698 to find out more.

What's my coaching style?

My coaching style is challenging and thought provoking whilst also being calm and supportive. It is always a privilege to coach and I very much enjoy my work.

Some testimonials from former clients:

"I wanted to take part in professional coaching to enable me to focus on my own personal development, I found that I received this and so much more by working with Siobhain. She has helped me to re-focus on my priorities and to look deeper into why and how I do things. Having someone coach you through what you are thinking and processing has been a great experience. It has had a positive impact on not only my professional career but also on aspects of my personal life. Siobhain coaches with empathy, understanding and patience; listening to me carefully and helping me see clarity in what we are discussing. I look forward to using these new skills, and continuing being more self-aware and present in the future!”

"Life coaching was life changing. Siobhain helped me to step back and assess what it was I needed to change. I was genuinely surprised when I discovered that what I had considered to be problems just needed another way to look at them. Siobhain helped me to do this in a sympathetic and constructive way. The techniques I learnt have been invaluable and the difference has been immeasurable".

"I wasn't sure what to expect of coaching when I first heard about it. But I cannot tell you enough how much this has helped me and is still helping me. Siobhain has helped me deal with things that I struggled with for a long time. She helped me see things and deal with things in a different way. I would highly recommend coaching with Siobhain. Thank you Siobhain for being a great, kind and patient coach".

How does a coaching partnership begin?

In the first instance we would meet up, either in person, on-line or by phone, to explore what you want from coaching and so that you can ask any questions you have about me and my coaching approach. I would also explain what you can expect from being coached.

This FREE conversation takes about 20-30 minutes.

If we agree to work together, we would set up a coaching program of typically 6 to 10 sessions - the number varies depending on individual clients' requirements. The next step would be to arrange your first coaching session.

Due to Covid-19, all coaching is currently being done on-line (using Zoom - audio or video) or by 'phone.

You're most welcome to get in touch to find out more.

Member organisations

UK International Coach Federation

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.

Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

Having been an expat for several years, I have a good insight into the ups and downs of living abroad. I coach people to deal with the challenges of living and working in new locations – the impact of changes on career, role, identity, environment, family life etc – as well as the challenges of repatriating back home and settling back into "home" life, which can be tough.

Typical Rates

Every client has different requirements and budgets so I will always first discuss with you what your budget is and what could work for you.

Typically, clients choose:

- a number of sessions (the minimum number of sessions is six (6)).

- or, to be coached for a period of time e.g. 6 months - 12 months, the cost for which we determine depending upon the type, level and frequency of coaching support required.

The approach can be tailored to suit individual needs.
